About BCGS

Bond County Genealogical Society was formed in 1981 by a small group dedicated to tracing ancestry of their families and preserving documents to help others. We currently have over 100 subscribers and a library with over 1000 volumes, microfilms, and other records of Bond County and surrounding areas.

The Fine Print

BCGS is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and operates according to its bylaws. All monetary donations are tax deductible.

Society members in good standing are eligible to vote for leadership and to serve as board members, directors, and appointees.
